RESIDENCY (The green residence card)
After living in Spain for 3 months, you are required by law to apply for the Residencia here if you stay here for more than 185 days a year. The white paper with the NIE number is then invalid (even if some authorities are not aware of this...).
I will advise you on the various requirements for the Residencia, as there are often several ways to obtain it. I will then make an appointment for you, fill out all the necessary forms, make the necessary copies, and pay the administrative fee at the bank. Finally, I will accompany you to your appointment at the immigration office (Extrangeria).
